HOTEL BLOCK
DIRECTIONS
A few hotel block reminders:
Confirmation letters will reflect the retail resort fee. This will be adjusted to the group rate at check-in.
Unfortunately, this is not an editable field in our confirmation template.
Guest will only need a credit card to secure the reservation.
Payment is settled at check-out, no prepayments are required.
Guest have up to 72 hours before arrival to cancel or modify their reservations.
Guests are able to use the hotel block rate for a few days before and after 8/2/26 if they would like to extend their travel.
Bring reef-safe sunscreen: Hawaii bans sunscreens containing oxybenzone and octinoxate to protect coral reefs. Look for bottles labeled reef-safe or mineral-based.
Download offline maps: Service can be spotty in more scenic or rural areas; downloading Google Maps ahead of time can come in handy.
Get a rental car: Highly recommended if you plan to explore beyond your hotel! Oahu has so much to see - from the North Shore surf to lush valleys and hidden beaches.
No passport needed: For U.S. citizens, Hawaii is a domestic destination - just bring your real ID or driver’s license.
Respect the wildlife: Look, don’t touch! Turtles, monk seals, and other marine life are federally protected. Enjoy them from a respectful distance.
Respect the land and locals: Hawai‘i has a rich culture and deep connection to the land - travel mindfully, support local businesses, and embrace the slower “island time” pace.
Sign your agriculture form: You’ll receive a plant and animal declaration form on your flight to Hawai‘i - fill it out before landing to save time at the airport.
Leave no trace: Don’t take home shells, sand, coral, or lava rocks - take only photos and memories. 🌈
🌺 Bonus Tips
Best view: Sit on the left side (A seats) for stunning views of Diamond Head and Honolulu as you arrive.
Return flights: Arrive at least 2 hours early for your flight home - lines can be long and move at an island pace.

We are working on providing transportation to and from the wedding venue (Check back for more information March 2026)
By Bus: TBD
By Car/Rental Car: If you choose to drive, directions and parking information below:
Using any GPS navigation application, type in Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch and follow the route provided to the guest parking (shown below). If that is not displaying, type in 49-560 Kamehameha Hwy. Kaneohe, HI 96744, and follow the instructions below.
When you turn into the Ranch parking lot, KEEP LEFT at the fork (it is not a one-way road)
Continue driving through the parking lot up the hill labeled with the sign “Authorized Vehicles Only” to the right (there are usually green ranch buses parked near this road).
Follow the road to the top of the hill, veering up the right-hand side to the labeled “Guest Parking” areas. You may park in any of the labeled grassy lots.
Heading home:
Continuing the party, buses will depart from Kualoa Ranch at 10:00pm and head back to the Alohilani.
*Important: Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) will not be available from Kualoa Ranch after the wedding. That area can tend to be a dead zone for rideshare in the late evening.
