Guests will arrive at Kualoa Ranch at 3:00 pm, and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm! Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive 45-60 minutes before the ceremony—feel free to grab a welcome cocktail! Traffic in Hawai'i can be slow, and there is only one highway on the East side of the island. Please allow time for traffic and/or construction. Waikiki is around 45 minutes to 1 hour from the venue.

What time should I
be there?

The bride will walking down the aisle at 4:00pm (HST)

What time does the
ceremony start?

While we love children, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family and wedding party. We want to ensure that everyone can fully relax and enjoy the celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome at
the wedding?

The wedding will be formal dress attire.
Floor-length dresses. Please no jeans, hats, t-shirts, and of course, No White. or off-white attire. Flat shoes, sandals, or chunky heels would be best for style and comfort when walking on grass. Gentlemen, suits or lightweight jackets are encouraged.

What should I
wear?

Yes, the ceremony and reception will all be outdoors. We recommend a light layer for the ocean breeze in the evening!

The average temperatures for Oahu on August 2nd are typically in the mid- to upper-80s Fahrenheit during the day and the mid-70s at night.

Will the ceremony be
outdoors?

There is plenty of guest parking at the venue, follow signs for Paliku Gardens from the main entrance.

Stay to the right side of the road. There is strictly no parking on the turfed grass. If you are arriving by Uber or taxi (note there are no Ubers at night to the area!), they can drop you off right at the venue. You can also park anywhere in the main guest lot of the ranch and walk up to the venue (approximately 0.2 mi).

Where should I
park?

Don't worry - we'll supply the open bar for confidence, and the playlist for inspiration. (Also, Drew can’t dance)

What if I can't
dance?
